Welcome to Rosecliffe Spencer Academy
Welcome to the website for Rosecliffe Spencer Academy in the developing area of Edwalton, Nottingham. Rosecliffe Spencer is a modern and expanding school placed at the centre of our new community. The staff and children of Rosecliffe work towards the goals laid out in our GROWTH ethos:
- Good Communicators
- Respect ourselves and our community
- Opportunities to reflect and improve
- Whatever it takes
- Team Work
- Happy and enthusiastic learners
We strive to be a high performing school based on developing children’s curiosity and an exciting and knowledge-rich curriculum to serve our local community. At Rosecliffe Spencer, all children learn in an environment that helps them to thrive and understand that their learning has no limits.
This term, Lily Class has been hard at work making greenhouses. We began by exploring which materials would insulate plants and then developed skills like using a saw to connect intricate pieces of wood. Their final pieces have turned out amazing! pic.twitter.com/wGK576kiMF
Today, the children have been able to dress up as something they aspire to be. We had some lovely costumes up in Lily Class! pic.twitter.com/925OFukAiJ
EYFS and KS1 enjoyed an Eid workshop today ran by the Friends of Rosecliffe. We made biscuits, lanterns and charms. Some children even got the chance to have a henna pattern on their hands! It’s so lovely to celebrate with the our Rosecliffe community #EidMubarak pic.twitter.com/crKVLU9b2c
